You can pay by credit or debit card, real-time bank transfer or virtual account. KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay and mobile payment are coming soon.

Please deposit within 3 days of issuance. The order is cancelled automatically after the deadline.

You can request one at checkout. Cash receipts are available for bank transfer and virtual account payments, and tax invoices are issued when you enter your business details.

Orders paid by 13:00 on weekdays ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day. We are closed on public holidays.

Shipping is ₩5,000, and free when the product total after discounts is ₩50,000 or more. Jeju and remote areas incur an extra ₩10,000.

Once shipped, the carrier and tracking number appear in your order details. Guest customers can look up the order with the order number and mobile number.

Before shipping, you can cancel directly from the order details, and the amount paid is refunded to your payment method. After shipping, please submit a return request.

For a change of mind, the customer pays ₩5,000 one way, or ₩10,000 round trip for orders that shipped free. Boaz Health covers the cost for defective or wrongly delivered items.
