Before contacting us
Have your order number and product name ready. Do not send payment passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive information by email.
- Shipping and dispatch
- Free shipping on orders of ₩50,000 or more. Orders paid by 13:00 on weekdays dispatch that day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Exchanges and returns
- Requests can be made within 7 days of delivery. Check the FAQ and product details for eligibility and shipping fees.
